DefenseChat Club
VITAL Self-Defense and the Self-Defense Show podcast have a
google group (online discussion club). Members of this
group send messages to all other members of the group via
email. It's like a big group discussion through email. All
you do is send or reply to the group's email address, and
every member of that group will get your message. Members
can share ideas, lend advice, and have a good time
socializing with people who enjoy similar interests. in
this case, the discussions revolve around self-defense
issues.

of our group / club:
For
those interested in realistic, practical, & effective
self-defense, personal protection, anti-crime, &
counter violence. People here listen to the
Self-Defense Show podcast and/or are interested in VITAL
Self-Defense. This is NOT martial arts or Karate!

WITHOUT being a member. However, if you want to jump in and
start commenting and emailing the group yourself, you must
be an invited member. It's not too hard to get into the
